Our Story

Our Family came to Las Vegas from Texas when it was just a tumbleweed town in the desert. In 1958 we opened California Club downtown on the corner of Fremont & First in 1963, we introduced Texas Hold’em^™ to Las Vegas and it is now played worldwide.

In 1987, we began making Vegas Chips^® kettle cooked potato chips to prove that our city was more than just gambling and showgirls. Four Generations of our family are now woven throughout the Vegas Valley. Las Vegas is world famous for being over the top when it comes to food and entertainment and our bold flavorful chips are as well.
